Our beautiful English chapel style church building was completed and dedicated in 1888. It served as the sole building for the congregation until the mid-1990s when an addition added classroom and fellowship space. Shortly thereafter the addition of a lift made the sanctuary more easily accessible. In the early 2000s a major renovation of our kitchen created a fully functional, commercial grade kitchen for our congregation and renters. Most recently, renovations added classroom/meeting/office space as well as a secondary emergency exit to our walk-out basement level.
In November 2012, after four years of environmental education, stewardship, and activism, UUCM was awarded certification as a Green Sanctuary by the UUA.
